Hello and welcome! You’ve taken the first step to start planning your “Applebee’s Pancake Fundraiser”.
Nothing brings people together like down-home, stick-to-your-ribs breakfast food. So why not also use such an occasion as an opportunity to raise money for a good cause? Applebee's allows organizations to hold "Pancake" fundraisers," events where guests purchase tickets for a pancake breakfast at an Applebee's restaurant. The sponsoring organization gets to keep a majority of the proceeds raised from the ticket sales
At Applebee’s, being part of the neighborhood is what we’re all about! We are happy to offer you the opportunity to raise funds and awareness for your organization by hosting a Pancake Fundraiser at your local Applebee’s.
The basic premise of a Pancake Fundraiser event is to offer our restaurant facility during non-operating hours to help you raise money by selling set breakfast plates. Following is a quick look at the responsibilities of each party.
Responsibility of Applebee’s

Provide plates, silverware and glasses.
Order food/ingredients and prepare food.
Make the event turn-key for organizations
Responsibility of Organization

If you’ve already booked your breakfast:
You’ll find your required “Waiver Forms”. The waiver should be printed off completed and signed prior to the date of the breakfast. These waivers will be required for all volunteers participating during the event. All volunteers under the age of 18 must have parental signature.
