First and Foremost, I hope you and your family are all safe and well.  This crisis is an unprecedented event for all.  We know you are dealing with hardship and uncertainty every day.  In order to help you alleviate some of that hardship, QRC has agreed to pay your BCBS and secondary plan insurance premiums (excludes optional Guardian) at this time.  We want to ensure that you and your family are not at any risk of losing your medical insurance coverage.

We made the decision to pay your insurance premiums because you are a valuable member of our QRC Family, and quite frankly we want you back.  Our leadership team has a specific plan and timeline to re-open our restaurants, and we are relying on you to be a part of that plan.  The attached QRC Employer Payment of Health Insurance Premium Agreement is a formal agreement that states; QRC agrees to pay your BCBS premiums as long as you return to work when requested.  Should you not return to work when requested,   you will be responsible to repay QRC the full amount of premiums that were paid during this time.  Please understand that if you accept a position with another company, you need to cancel your BCBS plan with QRC immediately, and you will be responsible for the full amount that was paid up until then.  Please sign the agreement and return to Kim.Hartzog@qrcllc.com by Friday, April 17th.

Our decision to pay your insurance premiums is to help our team get through this crisis.  We will all get through this together and then we need your expertise and passion to help get QRC jump-started again.
